9-13 November 2008, Miami, FL, USA
The first IMBER IMBIZO consisted of three interdisciplinary workshops, held in parallel to facilitate interactions between scientists from a range of disciplines.
The three workshops covered the topics of end-to-end food webs, mesopelagic and bathypelagic.
Raymond Pollard and Todd O'Brien from the IMBER Data Management Committee led a short workshop and discussion, open to all participants, entitled "Being Efficient and Environmentally Responsible (BEER): The secret to a successful project"
